Aldi has been found to have the cheapest cost per wash for laundry powder on ACA at 12c per wash. It has also been rated as best customer satisfaction with CANNEX with 5 stars.
OMO has been found to be the best at getting rid of stains but it costs 44c per wash.
However if you are prepared to make your own washing powder then you can make it for 3c per wash. Check out the recipes online.
